Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or purchasing products. By accessing or buying from Caribe Bliss Cigars, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
You must be at least 21 years old to view this website, purchase any tobacco product (cigars), or attend our events. Federal law and the laws of all states where we operate prohibit the sale of tobacco products to anyone under 21. By placing an order, you certify under penalty of perjury that you are 21 or older. We use third party age verification. Any attempt to purchase by a person under 21 is a violation of law and these terms. We will report fraudulent age claims to the appropriate authorities.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or correct errors in pricing or descriptions.
You place an order through our website. We are not obligated to accept any order. We may cancel or limit orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, age verification failure, or inventory shortages.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is due at time of order. All prices are in US Dollars and do not include taxes or shipping unless stated.
An order confirmation email does not mean we have accepted your order. Acceptance occurs when we ship the product or provide digital access (e.g., Introductory Flight video). If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.
Before shipping any tobacco product, we will run an age verification check through a third party service. You may be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, and address. If verification fails, we will:
For certain high-risk orders, we may require a photo of your government issued ID. We delete that photo after verification.
We ship to all US states where it is legal to ship cigars directly to consumers. Some states have additional restrictions or require signature upon delivery. You are responsible for knowing your state and local laws.
All tobacco shipments require an adult signature (21+) at delivery. If no one 21+ is available to sign, the package will be returned to the carrier depot. You may be charged a redelivery fee.
Estimates are provided at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or age verification holds.
Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for theft or loss. Please use a secure delivery address.
We do not accept returns on cigars for change of mind or taste preferences. However, if a cigar is damaged, moldy, or incorrectly rolled, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
Unused, unworn items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund (minus shipping). Customer pays return shipping.
If the physical cigars arrive damaged, we replace them. No refunds on the digital lesson once accessed.
NOLA Cigar Festival and Nite of Opulence tickets are non‑refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.

All content on this site – including product descriptions, photos, logos, “Caribe Bliss Cigars”, and “Introductory Flight” – is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without written consent.
Cigars are a natural agricultural product. Flavor, burn, and draw can vary from batch to batch. We do not guarantee that every cigar will be identical. Accessories are sold “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent allowed by law, Caribe Bliss Cigars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Caribe Bliss Cigars harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our products, or your failure to comply with age restrictions.
